Pressure on sourcing

Pressure from governmental abrupt remove of covid restriction has hardly given hefty weight on countries where Chinese travelers would like to go! The unexpected happened in a bad timing when death tolls and infections imploded! The precautions released was unconsciously impactful to Chinese around the world. Many can’t help think why now? Are these new leaders insane not to worry about how others’ judgement? Any ideas?
