In Global Sourcing Support, we pay more attention on the product development and during the bidding processes, we vet rigorously the suppliers’ qualification particularly its proven experiences since it’s pricy and time consuming to train a supplier from scratch for export business into developed countries.

To gain the dynamics, we’d need to understand how the supplier’s business portfolo is assembled in the past decade and who are its current management organization and the key stakeholders’ background.

Last but not the least is its company’s vision, mission and core value.
